On April 24th 06:28:00 GMT to April 24th 08:54:33 GMT, the network link between one of API frontends in Europe and the micro-services hosting our geocoding engine experienced intermittent packet loss. This resulted in reverse geocoding failures for a small section of our users during this time.
We are conducting a deeper investigation on how to prevent this issue and what measures we can take to prevent this in future.
